About the Role:
nEverything On The Spectrum LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Huntsville, AL. nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for clients across the spectrum
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and daily living skills
nProvide direct OT intervention in clinic, home, or community-based settings
nCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members including BCBAs, SLPs, and other therapists
nEducate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home programming
nMonitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
nRequirements:
nMaster's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
nCurrent Alabama state OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
nNBCOT certification (or eligibility to sit for exam)
nExperience working with pediatric populations, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or neurodivergent individuals preferred
nKnowledge of sensory integration, NDT, or other evidence-based OT frameworks
nStrong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
nCompassionate, patient, and team-oriented demeanor
