What you'll do:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Help patients improve functional independence and safety at home

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and care teams

Complete timely documentation and contribute to quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maryland, or the ability to obtain licensure before employment

Current CPR certification or ability to obtain

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Home health experience

Experience working with adult and geriatric populations

The salary range for this role is $84,442 - $126,644 total cash target pay annually based on full-time employment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
