Job description
Cone Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist II to provide evidence-based rehabilitative care to patients across the Piedmont Triad region. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving independence with daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care using EHR, and participate in quality and process-improvement initiatives.
