Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Williamsville, NY is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-house therapy at a Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with regulations. You will screen residents, develop treatment plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, supervise COTA, and handle documentation and billing per plan.
Active OT license in NY and a degree in OT are required, with ongoing CE and professional development encouraged.
