Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Scotland Neck, NC. Positions available: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN. You will plan, organize, and direct OT services ensuring compliance with standards and resident care quality.
Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, planning, communicating outcomes, scheduling, documentation, and supervising COTA as needed to ensure excellence and proper reimbursement practices.
