Full-time, permanent position
Neuro-focused position - Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, etc
Orthopedic cases, including hip fractures, polytrauma, multi-fractures, etc
$10,000 sign-on bonus
5-8s with flexible schedule
6-month mentorship and training program available to new hires
Join a compassionate and caring team of 7 other OT's and 5 PT's who focus on supporting each other and seeing patients improve through evidence-based care

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time, permanent Inpatient Rehab position focused on the Neuro population. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never be required to do group therapy. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of Neuro Acute and Inpatient Rehab experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Passion for Neurological Conditions
New Grads and Experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
Desire to pursue career growth
Coachable and eager to grow
Inpatient Rehab Experience preferred
