Occupational Therapist | Inpatient Rehabilitation | Non-Profit-Hospital

Highlights & Benefits

Full-Time Inpatient Rehabilitation

Mentorship from a team of 12 PTs, OTs, and SLPs

6 patients/day

Dedicated 1-on-1 therapy sessions focused on quality care and improved patient outcomes

Primarily adult and geriatric patients (50% ortho, 30% neuro, 20% general)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, 1in7 weekends

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus + $5,000 in Relocation Assistance

PTO - 4 weeks

About the Position

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This OT will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support as they navigate their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active PT license or the ability to obtain one

Excellent communication skills across all levels

Collaborative, team-building personality style

Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
