Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab | $5K Sign-On

Position Highlights

Full-time salaried position at a leading Inpatient Rehab hospital

Open to new grads and experienced OTs, true mentorship is built in

Collaborative team of 10+ OTs, PTs, and SLPs

Mostly neuro caseload: Stroke, TBI, post-surgical, and medically complex

8 patients/day

$5,000 sign-on bonus + $7,500 relocation assistance

$3,000/year Student Loan repayment program

5 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) in the first year

Full benefits start on day 1: medical and dental insurance, 401k retirement match

Continuing Education (CEU) support and a clear path to specialty or leadership

About the Role

We're working with a leading inpatient rehab hospital hiring a full-time OT for their team. It's a strong fit for a new grad or experienced therapist who wants real mentorship, low productivity pressure, and a meaningful clinical environment. You'll see a diverse, steady caseload from multiple referral sources, with structured onboarding, weekly check-ins, and access to seasoned clinicians. The culture is interdisciplinary and close-knit, and there's a path into clinical specialties or leadership over time.

Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist
