Occupational Therapist | IPR | Non-Profit Hospital

Full-Time Inpatient Rehabilitation

Mentorship from multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs

18 - 20 patients per day with rigid productivity requirements

Dedicated 1-on-1 therapy sessions focused on quality care and improved patient outcomes

Adult and geriatric (40% ortho, 30% neuro, 30% general)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, 1 in 7 weekend rotation

$8,000 Sign-On Bonus plus $5,000 Relocation Assistance

About the Position

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support as they navigate their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active OT license or the ability to obtain one

Excellent communication skills across all levels

Collaborative, team-building personality style

Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
