60+ bed Inpatient Rehab Facility
Hands-on mentorship and training (90 days)
Work with a large, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
Heavy Stroke, TBI, SCI, and multi-fracture trauma population
See 6 to 7 patients per day on average
1-hour set aside for documentation - never take work home with you!
$10,000 Sign-on + $5,000 Relocation Package available
$3,000/yr Student Loan Repayment program available
Medical, Dental & Life Insurance
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks +
About the Neuro Rehab Occupational Therapist Position:
Come work on a team of 7 Physical Therapists, 7 Occupational Therapists, and 3 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of 22 days, with a 90% rate of return home. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
Inpatient Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Servant leader mindset
