Job description
Highlights/Benefits:
200-bed Community Hospital
Trauma Center & Primary Stroke Center designations
22-bed Acute Rehab Unit with an 86% return-to-home rate and PEM Score 90+
1:1 Patient Care with 60- to 90-minute sessions with each Patient - see 4 to 6 patients/day
Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of 20 PTs, OTs, and SLPs across multiple settings
Time built into schedule for documentation
Full-time permanent position working 5-8s (8:30-4 pm)
$15,000 Sign-On & Relocation Bonus
$21,000 in Loan Forgiveness
Paid Certifications, CEU's, etc.

About the Position:

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Inpatient Rehab / Acute Rehab experience preferred
Oklahoma OT license or ability to obtain
Passion for treating patients in 1:1 environment that prioritizes patient care
Excellent communication skills
Servant leader mindset
