Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehab services in our inpatient and home-based settings. You will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient independence and safety. Responsibilities include therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment training, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
