Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitative care within our inpatient and home-based services. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
