Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical events. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver goal-focused interventions, and document progress using EMR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
