nnnEvaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive deficits to restore independence and improve their overall quality of life.
n
nnDesign and implement personalized care plans using advanced modalities to ensure every patient receives the most effective path to recovery.
n
nnEducate and empower families and caregivers by providing the tools and knowledge necessary for a safe and successful transition back to the home environment.
n
nnCollaborate and lead the clinical team by overseeing therapy assistants and technicians to maintain the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnOccupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
