$2041 - $2177/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, 8-hour shifts
4 visits per day — combination of evals and revisits
Home health setting
COTA with home health experience may be considered
2 years of experience in a healthcare setting required
Active OT license required
Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
