Job description
Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Hospital, an Encompass Health hospital in Knoxville, TN, seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient rehab services. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document care, ensure safety, and support a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous clinical growth.
