Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatrics
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Bloomington, IN. You'll work with a diverse pediatric population, helping children develop the skills needed to succeed at home, in school, and in their communities. Our collaborative, family-centered environment provides the support and resources you need to thrive.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate children's physical, sensory, developmental, and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living, play, learning, and social participation.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate families and caregivers on home programs and treatment strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Foster a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly therapy environment.
Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Pediatric or autism experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.
