Job description
PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Lafayette team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy services to adults in skilled nursing and rehab settings. You will design individualized treatment plans, guide patients in improving functional independence, and train families on safe home care. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will document progress, participate in care conferences, and support a culture of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence while growing your skills through robust training and development.
