Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Lafayette, GA
Schedule: Full Time will consider PRN and Part Time
Compensation: Up to $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
* Evaluate patients‘ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).
* Develop treatment plans that enhance independence and functional performance.
* Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
* Address cognitive, physical, and sensory limitations impacting daily function.
* Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
* Educate patients and caregivers on functional strategies for success.
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
* Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
* NBCOT certification preferred.
* Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, home health, or post-acute care preferred.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.
