Your Role in Patient Success

In this position, you will be far more than just a technician treating medical conditions; you'll be instrumental in revitalizing routines, building self-assurance, and reigniting a sense of joy in everyday existence for your patients. Guiding individuals on their journey from recovery after strokes to restoring mobility following orthopedic procedures will be just a fraction of the rewarding experiences you'll encounter as you deliver person-centered care that inspires resilience.

Here, the focus is not on mere tasks or checklists. Rather, each patient is a narrative waiting to unfold, with every session representing a crucial chapter in their health journey. You will engage with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers to create rehabilitation strategies that are as distinctive as the individuals receiving care.

Why This Team and Location Will Inspire You

We pride ourselves on cultivating something exceptional. Our rehabilitation team defines camaraderie: more than just colleagues, we are a family that supports each other, shares insights, and celebrates achievements — both monumental and modest. In this environment, your opinions are valued, your growth is prioritized, and the impact of your work is apparent every single day.

And let us not overlook the backdrop: Fontana, California, is an exciting urban center that captivates curiosity. Enjoy scenic parks and hiking trails, or take in the rich cultural tapestry woven through its neighborhoods. History comes alive as you stroll through thriving local markets and hear the vibrant music wafting from various venues. This community represents a unique blend of opportunities, innovation, and a slower pace that encourages moments of reflection amidst life's busy rhythm.

Who You Are

We are searching for someone who views occupational therapy as more than just a career; it is a calling. If the sight of a patient regaining function or expressing thoughts they once struggled to convey brings a spark of joy to your heart, then you belong here.

Whether you are an established OTR/L or a freshly certified individual eager to make your mark, thrive here with your passion, dedication, and genuine humility in your practice. If the blend of providing top-tier care within an inspiring lifestyle excites you, this is where you will find your home.

Join Us in Making a Difference

This is your chance to be part of a journey beyond a mere job title. In this role, your efforts will transform lives, empower recoveries, and restore lost abilities, all amid a community celebrated for its harmonious blend of effort and peace.

If you're prepared to lead, contribute, and become rooted in a caring community — we are ready to welcome you.
