Current with required certifications, including CPR

A strong communicator and team player

Comfortable working independently

Compassionate, patient, and adaptable

Comfortable working with patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive challenges

What Makes Home Health Different?

Forget spending your entire day in the same four walls.

As a home-health OT, your patients' homes become your therapy room.

One visit might involve helping someone safely navigate their kitchen. Another might mean working on dressing, mobility, adaptive equipment, or everyday activities that help a patient live more independently.

You're not just treating a diagnosis-you're helping people function in the place where life actually happens.

You Bring the Skills. We'll Support the Mission.

You'll have the opportunity to work independently while still having support from the therapy team and leadership.

We value:

Professionalism. Compassion. Independence. Teamwork. Patient-centered care.

If you're an OT who wants your work to make a real difference in people's everyday lives, we'd love to hear from you.

Ready to Make a Difference?

Apply today and bring your OT skills where they matter most-home.
