Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote independence, mobility, and functional ability for our residents
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and create personalized treatment plans
Provide direct patient care, including treatments, training, and education, to residents with diverse needs and diagnoses
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans
Stay current with industry developments and best practices to provide evidence-based care
