OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Outpatient Neuro position. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of Neurological experience in both Outpatient and Inpatient Rehab. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Passion for the Neuro population
Desire to work in an Outpatient Neuro setting
Seeking to grow as an OT and possess the heart of a lifelong learner
Servant leader mindset
Coachable and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Experience preferred
