Job description
Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Hospital in Knoxville, TN seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team. In this role, you will evaluate patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and train patients and families in adaptive techniques and equipment to maximize independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, contribute to care planning, and participate in ongoing clinical education and quality improvement.
