Description

nOccupational Therapist at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. This position is Part time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

nThe practice of occupational therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision.

nRequired Qualifications:

nnnGraduation from an accredited occupational therapy school.

nnUpon hire: California Occupational Therapist License

n

nnUpon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

n

n nPreferred Qualifications:

nnn2 years Occupational Therapy.

n

nn1 year Rehabilitation experience.

nPosted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
