Overview
nPosition: Occupational Therapist - Oncology/Ortho
nLocation: Topsham, ME
nSchedule: Per diem
nCompensation: $45-$55/hr
nWe are looking for a motivated clinician and Per Diem team member to come join our team in Topsham. Our office provides comprehensive services offering both PT and OT. Outside of traditional outpatient orthopaedics, we also offer specialized ReVital, Pelvic Floor, Dry Needling, IASTM and many more services to the community we serve. nIdeal candidate will be willing to cover multiple clinics within a reasonable driving radius. We are looking to build our roster for intermitttent coverage needs and may have the potential to transition to full-time.
nReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.
nResponsibilities
nnnMaintain open and respectful communication with all parties
n
nnUnderstand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
n
nnComplete and maintain required trainings
n
nnMaintain compliance with government regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnSuccessful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
n
nnCurrent State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certified
n
nnAdult outpatient experience
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnCancer rehabilitation interest/experience
n
nnLymphedema certification/experience
n
