Occupational Therapy - OT SNF

Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist (OT) license required. Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience required. Current BLS certification required. Experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, and rehabilitation interventions. Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload.
