Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT / COTA) for a Contract position (Day (8A-4:30P) shift) located in Santa Clara, CA. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality clinical care, patient assessments, and professional healthcare services within the Therapy & Rehabilitation discipline. Daily clinical duties include: deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care adhering to clinical standards and protocols, collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation and uphold strict patient safety and privacy guidelines. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
