Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) | Skilled Nursing | Milwaukie, OR

What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing setting
Develop and carry out individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Educate residents and families throughout the rehab process
Complete timely documentation and maintain regulatory compliance
We're Looking For
Current Oregon license as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
Current CPR certification
