Job description
Occupational Therapist
Schedule: Days, 12 hours, 36 hours per week
Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements:
State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience in rehabilitative programs
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans
Participate in rehabilitation programs to improve daily living functions
Provide services with a focus on quality and customer care
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Document patient progress and outcomes
