Occupational Therapist
Schedule
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 40.00
Contract Weeks: 10
Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD), or foreign equivalent.
Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor.
At least two years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
EPIC experience required.
Responsibilities Conduct evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention.
Establish individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
Provide therapy interventions following established treatment protocols and techniques.
Develop individualized care and discharge plans and communicate these to relevant parties.
Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
