Occupational Therapist | Hospital-Based Outpatient | Hand Therapy
Highlights & Benefits
Full-time Outpatient Hand Therapy position
Mentorship from a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
Around 10 patients/day
Dedicated 1-on-1 therapy sessions focused on quality care and improved patient outcomes
Primarily hands, shoulders, and elbows, with additional neurological cases including stroke, TBI, and occasional SCI
60-minute treats/evals
Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - 1in4 weekends
3+ weeks paid time off (PTO)
$8,000 Sign-On Bonus
$2,000 relocation assistance
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible position
Medical/dental/vision insurance and 401k with employer match
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active PT license or the ability to obtain one
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Hand Therapy Certification & Experience Preferred
