Immediate opening available for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) supporting a Contract assignment (Day (8A-4:30P) shift) in Hayward, CA. Key responsibilities involve: evaluate patient capabilities in self-care, fine motor coordination, and daily task performance, formulate personalized therapy plans integrating adaptive techniques and therapeutic activities, and recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and ergonomic adjustments, ensuring high standards of clinical safety and care delivery. The position requires active state credentials, strong communication skills, and relevant clinical experience.
