Occupational Therapist - OT Home Health, Kent, WA - Local or Travel
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
30 units per week
Requirements: Home Health experience required
HCHB experience desired
No call or weekends
Qualifications: HCHB & Home Health experience required
Skills: Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Reliable transportation and insurance - Required
Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
HCHB EMR preferred
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
