Highlights/Benefits
30-bed Inpatient Rehab Unit
Med/Surg, Stroke, Trauma, Parkinsons, TBI and Spinal Cord patients
1on1 Patient Care - 4-5 patients / day
90% Return to Home Rate!
Monday-Friday working 8-5
3 month mentorship & training program
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 3+ weeks
Up-to $30,000 in loan forgiveness
The Right Fit:
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for treating complex Ortho & Neuro patients in an Inpatient setting and they will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital. We are looking for patient advocates and someone that is confident in their ability to meet the needs of each individual.
Qualifications & Requirements: Master or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Active Colorado OT license or ability to obtain
Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility in Caseload
Servant leader mindset
