Job description
Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation
Days: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Assignment Details
Holiday Coverage Required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient and acute settings working with adults
Active State of Hawaii license by the start of the assignment
BLS certification from American Red Cross
Experience with EMR systems, specifically Net Health Therapy and Meditech
Responsibilities
Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients, both outpatient and inpatient
Plan and implement therapeutic rehabilitation programs as prescribed by physicians
Regularly update treatment and home exercise plans
Independently manage a full caseload and determine re-evaluation requirements based on insurance authorization
Work on Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on operational needs
