Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Pawling, NY Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, resident-centered care to the geriatric population.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams
Support quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered programs
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active New York State Occupational Therapist License required
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Schedule
Day Shift
No on-call requirements
