Occupational Therapy - OT SNF
Shift Details: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours
Job Description: Certification/License: Active California COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) certification or state license required. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. BLS Certification: Current BLS certification required.
Client Details: Setting LTC, City Kingsburg, State CA
Unit Details: Procedures The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions focused on improving functional independence and daily living skills. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress. The therapist will document all care in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Additional duties include collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, educating patients and families, and supporting discharge planning to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
