As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at our center, you will play a vital role in our LifeWorks Rehab Program, a pioneering approach to rehabilitation that combines cutting-edge techniques with personalized care plans. Your expertise will enable you to optimize the recovery process for patients with a range of conditions, from injury to surgery, and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized occupational therapy plans for patients, focusing on functional and cognitive skills enhancement
Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies for improvement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on occupational therapy techniques and best practices
Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established protocols and standards
