If you're ready to embark on a rewarding career while immersing yourself in a city known for its stunning beaches, cultural diversity, and lively arts scene, this opportunity is for you.

We're seeking a dedicated full-time OTR/L to become part of a progressive therapy team that prioritizes creativity, collaboration, and positive results. Track and Record Progress: Monitor patients' clinical progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring they remain on track.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Mandatory NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification

A deep commitment to helping others achieve the highest level of independence

Compassionate and clear communication with patients and team members alike

Creative problem-solving skills to adapt plans for diverse needs

Confidence in working autonomously and as part of a close-knit interdisciplinary team

A collaborative, team-oriented culture with ample opportunities for professional growth

Full-time commitment with flexible scheduling options

Mentorship and resources to further career development

Access to state-of-the-art tools, facilities, and documentation software

Involvement in initiatives focused on quality improvement and innovation

In this position, you'll go beyond simply addressing symptoms; you'll help restore routines, rebuild self-assurance, and inspire happiness in everyday activities. From guiding stroke survivors through fine motor skills rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in recovering mobility post-surgery, you will use your expertise to deliver patient-centered care that nurtures resilience and fosters independence.

This isn't a place for routine checklists. It's a setting where every patient presents a unique narrative, and every therapy session is a vital chapter in their journey toward recovery. You'll engage closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and support staff to co-develop individualized rehabilitation plans that reflect the uniqueness of each patient.

Here, we have fostered a vibrant atmosphere where our rehab team goes beyond the call of duty — we support each other, exchange knowledge, and celebrate our collective accomplishments, no matter how small. You'll discover a workplace that values your input, prioritizes personal development, and makes your contributions visible every single day.

And let's not forget about the backdrop: Jacksonville, Florida, a city that offers coastal living with cultural flair. Trade concrete for stunning shorelines — here, you'll find picturesque beaches, serene waterways, and bustling parks that invite adventure.

Jacksonville is a place where the arts flourish, from galleries to live music venues, and culinary experiences abound, featuring both mouth-watering seafood and captivating international cuisines. The city strikes a perfect balance, allowing you to engage in a bustling community while also enjoying tranquil moments that life's natural beauty offers.

We seek someone who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a job; it's a passion and a calling. If you feel elated when a patient uses their hands again, walks with newfound ease, or shares a previously unspoken thought, then you are the person we want on our team.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a newly certified clinician, you will flourish here by bringing enthusiasm, commitment, and compassion into your work. If the idea of providing top-notch care while enjoying a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — your search ends here.

This is your chance to be part of something far greater than a mere job title. Here, your contributions will reshape lives, inspire recoveries, and restore what was once lost while you immerse yourself in a community that values connection and support.

If you're ready to elevate your career, give back, and establish a home in a caring community — we can't wait to meet you.
