Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time
Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake | Lutherville-Timonium, MD
$43-$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity at Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you'll help residents strengthen everyday skills and work toward greater safety, function, and independence.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy plans of care
Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance
Establish meaningful treatment goals and monitor progress
Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support daily activities
Adjust treatment approaches based on resident needs and clinical progress
Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that promote independence and safety
Complete required clinical documentation
Work closely with COTAs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications
Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
