Transform Lives as an Occupational Therapist in the Vibrant City of Anaheim

Are you an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist eager to empower patients to reclaim their independence and elevate their quality of life? If you're prepared to make a lasting difference while growing your career in a city known for its magic, creativity, and sunshine — this is your calling.

We're looking for a full-time, licensed OTR/L to join a progressive, supportive therapy team that values collaboration, innovation, and tangible outcomes. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, well-rounded care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on techniques that encourage sustained progress at home.

Document and Evaluate Progress: Track therapeutic outcomes and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to keep patients on their path to recovery.

Required Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Continuing education and additional post-graduate certifications are encouraged and fully supported.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.

Desired Skills

A genuine passion for helping others and a strong drive to assist individuals in achieving optimal independence.

Effective and compassionate communication skills with patients and colleagues.

Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet diverse patient needs.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Benefits Offered

Welcoming, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.

Full-time working hours with flexible shift options.

Access to clinical mentorship and career development tools.

Utilization of state-of-the-art tools, facilities, and documentation systems.

Involvement in quality improvement and innovative initiatives.

What Awaits You

In this role, you will do more than address concerns — you will help rebuild routines, restore confidence, and reignite the joy in everyday life. From aiding stroke patients in fine motor rehabilitation to supporting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you will leverage all your expertise to deliver patient-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

This environment thrives on a commitment to personalized care, where every patient has a unique journey, and every therapy session contributes to their narrative of recovery. You'll collaborate closely with other therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to craft rehabilitation plans tailored to the individual needs of your patients.

Why You Will Cherish the Team — and the Community Surrounding You

What we have built here is truly special. Our rehab team doesn't just arrive each day; we support one another, exchange knowledge, and celebrate every victory together — be it big or small. You will discover a workplace where your voice is valued, your professional development is nurtured, and the impact of your work is evident every day.

As for the location: welcome to Anaheim, the city bursting with excitement, creativity, and sunshine. Beyond its well-known attractions, the area boasts beautiful parks, scenic trails, and a community rich in diversity and cultural offerings. Your Ideal Candidate

We seek someone who views occupational therapy not solely as a job but as a vocation—a calling. You light up when a patient regains the ability to use their hand, walks independently, or expresses a thought that once felt lost.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or an emerging professional eager to make a difference, you will thrive here if you bring enthusiasm, dedication, and empathy to your practice. If joining high-quality patient care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you, then consider this your next destination.
