Job description
Occupational Therapist
A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Utica, NY. Unfortunately, we cannot consider a new graduate for this position. Must have SNF experience.
The facility is conveniently located near downtown Utica. The facility has an award-winning rehabilitation team and an experienced rehab director who works well with his team to offer accommodating and convenient hours for his therapists. This is a fast-paced facility that offers both short term rehabilitation and long term care caseloads. We are searching for a team-oriented therapist who can add to our ability to provide the best care for our patients and residents. SNF experience and solid documentation skills encouraged.

Job Requirements:
Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Work well with others in a team setting
Be flexible with hours.
Good Faith Rate Range: $38.00 - $46.00
