Occupational Therapist - Mind&Mobility
nLocation: Medicare Part B visits- Palm Beach- PRN
nJob Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
nPay: $90-$95/Visit

nPosition Summary:
nWe are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients. Help patients improve daily living skills, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life-all from the comfort of their homes.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnAssess patients in their homes and create personalized therapy plans.
nProvide skilled interventions to improve daily living skills and independence.
nEducate patients and caregivers on safety, exercises, and adaptive strategies.
nDocument progress and ensure compliance with Medicare Part B regulations.
nCollaborate with the home health/ therapy care team to coordinate patient care.
nAdjust treatments based on patient progress and needs.
n nQualifications:
nnActive Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of practice.
nExperience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
nKnowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations.
nStrong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
nReliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
nComfortable working independently and managing a flexible, home-based schedule.
nProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
nCPR and other relevant certifications as required.
