Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a part time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Duties of an exceptional therapist include:
* Evaluate residents' conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
* Relieve resident's pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
* Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
* Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
* Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
* Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
* Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort
OT Requirements Include:
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
* Current New York State OT License
