Salary Range: $64.00 To $92.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do
Conduct evaluations
Create individualized treatment plans
Provide pediatric occupational therapy services
Track progress toward therapy goals
Complete clinical documentation
Educate caregivers
Collaborate with families and healthcare providers
Participate in treatment planning
Optional opportunity to supervise COTAs
What We Provide
$64–$92 per visit/hour (depending on location, experience, and employment type)
W-2 and 1099 opportunities

Requirements
Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (OT, OTR/L, OTD, or MSOT), CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong interpersonal skills.
