Compensation:
Salary: $60-$65/hr based on experience

Sunday-Saturday (as needed)
Position: Occupational Therapist ( OT )
Location: Smithfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Smithfield, NC

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop creative, individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
Provide hands-on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions
Guide patients in using adaptive equipment
Mentor and guide therapy staff
Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Occupational Therapist ( OT ) certification in the state of North Carolina
2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation
