We are looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in St. Joseph, MI !

What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
Help patients improve independence with daily activities
Address strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
Participate in care planning and discharge planning
What We're Looking For
Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong communication and clinical skills
SNF experience preferred, but not required
Dependable and patient-focused
