Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Based
Antioch, IL (near Chicago )
$58 - $60 per hour | School Year
AB Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based assignment in South Holland, Illinois for the school year. This role follows the academic district calendar and offers consistent school hours.
Position Details:
Location: Antioch, IL
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Contract: Full school year
Setting: School-based
(Caseload and placement discussed prior to offer to best match your experience)
Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay: $58-$60

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional skills and school participation
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Document services and progress in accordance with district and state requirements
Support safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Illinois Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Ability to travel between school buildings as needed
BLS/CPR certification
Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements
